Master Esthetician
What do you like about working at TDH: I value the opportunity to work in a clinical setting alongside Dr. Stankiewicz, where I can provide evidence-based, technology-driven procedures. Being part of a team that prioritizes high-quality, results-oriented care allows me to truly focus on clinical skin health and patient well-being.

Hobbies/Passions: I am an avid outdoor enthusiast and have a deep love for mountain living. Living in Salt Lake City since 2007, I spend much of my free time enjoying world-class ski resorts and active outdoor culture, which deeply influences my holistic perspective on health.
​
Favorite Treatment at TDH: Advanced laser and energy-based modalities—specifically laser resurfacing and collagen remodeling. I am passionate about using these high-tech platforms to achieve vascular and pigment correction and help patients maintain radiant skin that withstands an active, high-altitude lifestyle.

Future Goals/Ambitions: I am committed to continuing my education in topical skincare ingredient technology and professional formulations. My goal is to remain at the forefront of medical esthetics by mastering new laser modalities and energy-based technologies to consistently enhance clinical treatment outcomes.

Future Goals/Ambitions: As a newly licensed master esthetician, my goal is to continue expanding my knowledge, refining my skills, and providing the best possible care for my future clients.

What do you like about working at TDH: I love that no two days are ever the same! My role allows me to learn something new every single day, and I truly enjoy the opportunity to build genuine connections with our patients, whether I'm greeting them at the front or assisting in the back.

Hobbies/Passions: When I’m not at the clinic or hitting the books, I’m usually outdoors backpacking, testing my strategy skills with board games, or hanging out with my dog.

Favorite Treatment at TDH: My favorite part of treatment at TDH is the medical aspect of dermatology. I enjoy helping patients address skin concerns, maintain healthy skin, and feel more confident.

Future Goals/Ambitions: I am currently a physics student with my sights set on a career as a Dosimetrist in Radiation Oncology. I’m passionate about the technical side of patient care and look forward to one day planning and calculating precise radiation doses for life-saving treatments.

What do you like about working at TDH: Rachel loves being part of a team that helps people feel more confident in their own skin. In her own words, “It’s incredible to see our patients’ insecurities turn into things they love about themselves.”

​Hobbies/Passions: In her spare time, you can find Rachel hiking with her puppy, Scout.

Favorite Treatment at TDH: Rachel’s favorite treatment is neuromodulators.

Future Goals/Ambitions: Rachel plans to become licensed as a Master Esthetician, where she can further her career in skincare.

What do you like about working at TDH: I love working with such a smart and kind group of women every day!

What do you like about working at TDH: The positive atmosphere, everyone is kind & welcoming—it feels like a family. I am continually acquiring new skills & am fascinated by dermatology. Exploring the intricacies of the skin and understanding why it's crucial to care for it, is something I deeply appreciate learning about.

​Hobbies/Passions: I enjoy traveling & experiencing different places & cultures. Big animal lover. I also enjoy spending time outdoors; hiking & walks with my dog, & dedicating time to rescue horses & other animals.

Favorite Treatment at TDH: The Fraxel thulium laser treatment & Sofwave stand out significantly for their remarkable results!

Future Goals/Ambitions: I hope to expand my skills here at THD, prioritize travel & consider adding another Great Dane or three to my life.

Medical Assistant
What do I like about working at TDH: I love the environment at TDH, coming to work always feels fun and welcoming. I also love being able to see and learn new things every day.
Hobbies/passions: I have always had a passion for taking care of others. I paired that passion with my love for skincare and became an esthetician which has been such an amazing career path for me! When I’m not at work, I am usually hanging out with my family, reading, watching reality tv, and doing my skincare routine of course!
Favorite treatment at TDH: My favorite treatment here is BBL. I love being able to see patients' results in just a couple of sessions. Some of my favorite products are SkinBetter Trio and Isdin sunscreen.
Future goals and ambitions: One day, I hope to practice esthetics here at TDH. I also want to go to nursing school to become an aesthetics nurse!

Practice Manager
What do you like about working at TDH: I love the intersection of scientific innovation and aesthetic excellence. It is incredibly rewarding to support a team that is so dedicated to providing a high standard of medical care while helping patients feel confident in their own skin.
Hobbies/Passions: I am currently a student in flight school working toward my pilot’s license. When I’m not at the practice, I’m usually in the air or studying aviation. I love the precision and discipline of flying—it’s a passion that keeps me looking at the world from a whole new perspective!
Favorite Treatment at TDH: While I oversee the operational side, I am most passionate about our comprehensive cosmetic dermatology consultations. I love seeing the 'before and after' results that come from a combination of expert clinical procedures and a dedicated medical-grade skincare regimen.
Future Goals/Ambitions: My goal is to continue evolving our practice’s operations to ensure we stay at the forefront of the dermatology field, providing a world-class experience for our patients and a thriving, collaborative environment for our medical team.

What do you like about working at TDH: Working with intelligent, driven women. In such an encouraging, friendly, and warm clinic, I learn every day and am considered for ever-evolving duties.

Hobbies/Passions: I love working in Park City and skiing all winter. In the summer, I love paddleboarding and visiting national parks.

Favorite Treatment at TDH: Acne medication has saved me from ongoing painful adult acne.
